Designed with you. Priced in the open.

Every Split Rock custom home starts with your plan and your budget. With transparent pricing, you see the real costs as the build moves along, and you make the calls on finishes and upgrades. No surprises at the end.

We're building custom and spec homes across Rigby and Eastern Idaho right now. Winter is the best time to design yours so you're first in line for spring.
